Coastal Homes

Include 7 private lots sitting on 0.25-0.5 acres each with the option of 7 unique house plans. Within these plans, our homeowners have the option to customize the house package and interior finishes based on their individual preferences. Each home includes a garage and ranges between 2500 - 3500 sq ft, with the option of adding a private pool. The Coastal Homes will range between $1M-$2M.

Phase 2

The Cottages

Includes 12 private lots with the option of 3 unique house plans, in which homeowners may customize finishes based on their individual preferences. The Cottages have optional garages, exclusive access to a community pool, and a shared green space which will include a play space for children and a gathering space for groups.

Phase 3

The Beach Houses

A collection of 5 cozy homes in a matching house plan, with a community-centric layout and exclusive pool. These homes will have 2-3 bedrooms and cater to couples, small families, or groups looking to rent out all homes at once.
